Individual sessions are typically fifty-five (55) minutes @ $200.00.
Couples sessions are typically ninety (90) minutes @ $300.00. By agreement, sessions can be extended if time permits.
Initial Consultations are $400.00.
INSURANCE: If you have health insurance, make your payment directly to me and then seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
You will be given a monthly super bill to submit to your provider.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Fees are typically paid at each session. Alternatively, as a courtesy, I am willing to mail you a superbill at the end of the month providing that payment is made upon receipt. If you need to pay on a different schedule, please discuss this with me.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
